Download here: www.motioninjoy.com *Try changing profile to xbox360 controller (for use with Dark Souls PC). If you're having problems with the joysticks, switch around the profile. If you're having other problems try just disconnecting your controller via the disconnect button at the button under profiles (you may need to press the local button at the top of the window to see the disconnect button), quit DS3 tool/motionjoy tool, replugging the USB cord into the controller, and start the motionjoy program once again. This is just my method of setting up my PS3 controller to work perfectly in Dark Souls although there seems to be some very slight lag/delay
